Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mike Soprano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Saburo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Soprano's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Woke up this morning. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saburo looks for the body kick but Soprano saw that one coming.
Soprano stuffs the takedown.
Saburo shoots in for a double leg but Soprano sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Soprano closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Saburo tries to buck Soprano off but Soprano is having none of it.
Soprano has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Soprano seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Saburo for as long as he can get away with.

Oh but Soprano is tightening it up a little... Saburo has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Saburo reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Saburo taps out! nice BJJ there by Soprano!
