Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between AJ Strey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Morris Minor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, AJ Strey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Morris Minor! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Strey tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Minor paws at him with a jab and circles away. Strey pivots, looking for a leg kick but Minor is out of range and Strey settles back down. The fight stays on the outside here - Minor looks like he's thinking about clinching though. A head kick misses from Strey. Minor darts in trying to clinch and Minor takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. An inside leg kick from Strey misses. Minor connects with the punch. Minor closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Strey did well to prevent Minor getting side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Strey is trying to escape back to his feet but Minor uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Minor grinds an elbow into Strey's temple. Strey trying his best to control but Minor has mounted him. Minor avoids the attempt from Strey to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Minor scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Minor looking to control but Strey is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. You get the feeling that Strey really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Minor with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Minor dominating with strikes here. Minor working Strey over with strikes here. Strey is in all sorts of trouble here.
Strey is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Minor looking to finish Strey with some ground and pound. This is bad for Strey! Strey trying desperately to get to his feet.
Minor wants to control the pace but Strey is squirming around nicely. Strey is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Strey taking shots to the head. Strey can't escape the position.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Minor cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Strey tries to reverse the position but Minor maintains control. Minor looking to control but Strey is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Minor in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Minor trying to control but he's not successful this time. Minor dominating with strikes here. Strey is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Strey has left one of his arms exposed and Minor doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Strey screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
