Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tomasz Adamek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Denzel Juice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Juice has chosen Elephant Man - Haters (feat Hunt & Jim Jones) as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Denzel Juice!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adamek shoots in for a double leg but Juice sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Adamek scores with a takedown into Juice's guard.
Juice is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Juice wants to get back to his feet but Adamek is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Adamek is working Juice over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Juice uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Adamek shoots in for a double leg but Juice sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Juice displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Adamek.

Denzel Juice is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Juice stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Juice wants it to stay on the feet.

Adamek fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Juice avoids it really well and circles away.
Juice misses with a two punch combination.
Juice throws a body punch but Adamek moves out of range.
Adamek dodges the punch combination from Juice.
Adamek shoots in for a double leg but Juice sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Adamek misses with a low kick.
Adamek dives in and grabs Juice's left leg, looking for a takedown. Juice pushes down on Adamek's head and hops out.
Adamek tries to land a leg kick but Juice saw it coming and moves away.

and Juice moves into the clinch.

Adamek has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Juice uses from the top position.
Juice thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Juice is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Adamek trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Adamek pulls Juice in to control the position.
Adamek is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Adamek has momentary wrist control but Juice slips an elbow through the middle.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Denzel Juice dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Adamek has his takedown stuffed
and Juice counters with a nice body kick.
Adamek misses with a takedown attempt
and Juice counters with a crisp one two that drops Adamek! Juice thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Adamek to his feet! Adamek is in big trouble!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Juice has Adamek up against the cage in a clinch.
Adamek has had enough of the clinch but Juice keeps him there for the moment.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Juice lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Adamek is rocked!
Juice working the clinch nicely. Adamek is working for position but Juice cracks him with a big knee to the head! Adamek crumples up against the cage and Juice lands two more shots before the ref can save Adamek! This one is all over!
