Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between LeMac Red (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gary Devenay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Red comes into the arena with shimmy she wobble blaring out of the sound system. Devenay comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Best Around kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, LeMac Red! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Gary Devenay! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Devenay throws a series of strikes that have Red backpedaling.
Devenay thuds a left hand into Red's body. LeMac Red seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Devenay lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Red sprawling to the canvas. Devenay follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Red hang on?
Red is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Devenay is keen to just control but Red is a slippery customer. Oh Red is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Devenay looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Devenay trying to control from half guard but Red is working away. Red seems to have got his legs back now. Red is looking to escape. Red is looking for a sweep. Devenay is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Devenay seems to be looking for submissions.
Devenay not landing any meaningful shots this time. Red is looking to escape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Red has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Devenay is working away from the top position though.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Devenay avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Devenay keeps the fight on the outside. Red throws a right and a left that Devenay avoids nicely. Red tries to close the distance and clinch but Devenay swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Devenay tries to keep at a distance but Red has taken the fight into the clinch. Devenay blocking some punches.
Devenay tries to break free but Red pushes him back against the cage. Red throws a punch but it's blocked by Devenay. Devenay is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Red makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Red breaks from the clinch.
Red throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Red escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Devenay ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Red moves away. Devenay keeps the fight on the outside. Devenay throws the left hand but Red avoids the punch easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Red looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Red has taken the fight to the clinch.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Devenay. Red lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Devenay backwards. Red lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Devenay backwards. Red has Devenay pressed against the cage, preventing Devenay from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Red swings away with an uppercut that misses.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Devenay. Red breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. The fight stays on the outside here - Red looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Red tries to clinch but Devenay moves out of range. Devenay scores with a nice head shot. Red throws and low kick but Devenay moves out of range easily. Red stuffs the takedown. A punch lands to the side of Red 's head but he takes it in his stride. Red tries to clinch but Devenay moves out of range. Devenay scores with a hook.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Red takes one on the button. Devenay lands with a right that hurts Red. Red looks to clinch but Devenay throws a short knee that drops Red. This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch and Knee). Gary Devenay!
