Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kristijan Grubisic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antoni Nogalski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kristijan Grubisic! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Antoni Nogalski! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Nard Betker and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nogalski shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Nogalski is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Grubisic flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Nogalski seems to be working for a kimura but Grubisic defends the submission attempt. Grubisic wants to improve his position but Nogalski is controlling well.
Nogalski wants to free his trapped foot but Grubisic is holding on for dear life with his legs. Grubisic moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Nogalski trying to control the position from guard on top but Grubisic is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grubisic wants to get back to his feet but Nogalski is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Grubisic is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Grubisic keeping moving, preventing Nogalski from controlling successfully.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Grubisic, right into the meat.
Grubisic tries for a takedown but Nogalski circles away easily so Nogalski counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Nogalski is pushing down on Grubisic's leg trying to pass to half guard. Grubisic is fighting to maintain full guard but Nogalski has managed to sneak the leg through.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Grubisic manages to escape and get back to his feet! Grubisic throws a sloppy head kick and Nogalski moves out of range easily. Grubisic lands a nice looking kick to the body. Nogalski takes a step back to recover. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nogalski takes a kick to the side of the head.
It looks like Antoni Nogalski has been cut. Grubisic is breathing heavily. Grubisic lands a head kick. Nogalski smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Grubisic darts in trying to clinch and Nogalski counters with a shoot takedown. Grubisic fights it but they end up in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Grubisic keeping moving, preventing Nogalski from controlling successfully. Nogalski controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Grubisic looking to control.
Grubisic being controlled here, momentarily. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Nogalski wants to control from the top but Grubisic keeps moving. Nogalski stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Grubisic swivels though and keeps the full guard. Nogalski is pushing down on Grubisic's leg trying to pass to half guard. Grubisic is fighting to maintain full guard but Nogalski has managed to sneak the leg through.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Nogalski seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Grubisic is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Antoni Nogalski!
