Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hans Wigger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hans Wigger had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Aafke Stam and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wigger tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Henderson was well out of range. Poor timing from Wigger.
Wigger ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Henderson moves away.
Wigger throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Henderson's waist but Henderson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wigger off to one side.
Henderson shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Henderson looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Wigger is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Henderson trying to control the action but Wigger is working from the bottom.

Henderson is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Wigger reverses the position - he's now on top in Henderson's guard.
Henderson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

It looks like Hans Wigger has been cut.

Wigger throws a leg kick but Henderson sees it coming and moves out of range.

and Wigger counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Wigger.
Wigger is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Wigger accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Wigger has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Henderson is pulling down on Wigger's head. It's preventing any offense from Wigger, at least for the moment.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Wigger thows a huge punch but Henderson dodges it nicely.
