Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Collins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mauricio Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mauricio Rua was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rua looks to land a combination but Collins avoids it well.
Rua looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Rua missing with a left hand there. Collins was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Mauricio Rua seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rua lands with a nice body kick.
Rua misses with a jab, cross combination.
Rua tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

It looks like Sam Collins has been cut.
Rua throws a series of punches but Collins moves out of range.

Rua wants to land a leg kick but Collins is out of range.

Rua rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Collins moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Rua misses with a series of wild punches.
Collins shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Rua napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Collins in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Rua is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
