Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rodrigo Reis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kichiro Kaneko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reis comes to the cage accompanied by Master Of Puppets. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rodrigo Reis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kichiro Kaneko!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaneko decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Kaneko stands up and beckons Reis to join him on the feet.
Reis swings for the body but Kaneko moves out of range.
Kaneko slips a straight right by Reis.
Reis moves in looking to clinch but Kaneko pushes him off.
Kaneko has managed to clinch.
Reis wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Kaneko has him pressed against the cage.
Kaneko breaks from the clinch.
Reis throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Reis tries to close the distance and clinch but Kaneko swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Reis lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Kaneko shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Reis pinned against the cage. Reis gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Reis avoids the head kick by Kaneko.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kaneko checks a low kick from Reis.
Reis wants to clinch up but Kaneko keeps it at a distance.
Reis with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Reis closes the distance but Kaneko moves to the side
and Kaneko counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Kaneko wants to pass the guard but Reis is keeping the position.
Kaneko gets to his feet. Reis looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Reis tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Kaneko counters by moving into the clinch.
Reis tries to break free but Kaneko pushes him back against the cage.

Reis is trying to force a seperation but Kaneko has the dominant position.
Kaneko unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Reis wants to break free but Kaneko has control.
The referee is keeping an eye on Kaneko - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Kaneko pulls Reis into guard.
Reis tries to stand but Kaneko is controlling from the bottom.
Kaneko has his feet on Reis's thighs here. He's pushed Reis off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Reis screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
