The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stonecold swats away the attempt to clinch by Blinov.
Stonecold darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Blinov pushes Stonecold off looking to stand but Stonecold dives back in and keeps control.

That was a close second round but I would say that Nicolas Stonecold will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Stonecold shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Blinov's guard.
Blinov wants to control but Stonecold passes easily into half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Stonecold got a little sloppy there for a moment and Blinov has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Stonecold has managed to get both his arms back between Blinov's legs - danger averted.
Stonecold stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Blinov swivels though and keeps the full guard.
