Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between nate rivera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramon Castle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ramon Castle is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, nate rivera! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ramon Castle! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Castle throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Castle throws a right hand that rivera ducks under and follows up with a left that rivera also avoids with ease. Castle shoots for a takedown but rivera saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. A punch lands to the side of rivera 's head but he takes it in his stride. Castle swinging wildly here.
rivera connects with a body shot. rivera fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
It looks like Ramon Castle has been cut. rivera thows a body shot but no joy. Castle shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with rivera but rivera pushes him off and we're back to square one. Castle getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Castle has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. rivera looks to score with a jab to the body but Castle is just out of range. rivera throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Castle throws a left and a right that both miss
and rivera counters with a three punch combo that has Castle backing up. Castle nods at rivera to acknowledge the strikes. Castle looks gassed! This has been an exciting period of action! rivera moves away from the strike by Castle. A combination from rivera does no damage. rivera lands the left hand. Castle throws a left and a right that both miss
letting rivera counter with a right hand. rivera connects with a body shot. Castle throws a combination that misses and rivera counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. rivera misses with a few strikes there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jab from rivera.
Castle is rocked! rivera cracks Castle with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Castle tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but rivera pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Castle is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). nate rivera!
