The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Worsley moves into the clinch.
Worsley's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Simpson scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Worsley is looking for a sweep. Simpson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
A combination from Simpson does no damage.

Worsley pushes Simpson up against the cage in a clinch.
Simpson tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Worsley just stands there and leans against the cage.
Simpson is working for takedown but Worsley is calmly controlling the position for now.

Worsley has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Simpson regains guard immediately.

Simpson uses his free foot to push down on Worsley's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Worsley.

Worsley stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Simpson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Simpson has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Worsley to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Simpson is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Worsley pulls down on the head and he's put Simpson to sleep! This one is all over!
