The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Quick, right into the meat.
Quick lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Quick misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Quick stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Quick wants it to stay on the feet.
Super shoots in for a takedown but Quick shows good takedown defense.
Quick throws a head kick but Super moves out of range.

Super throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Quick was covering up waiting for the punch and Super finishes the takedown easily into guard.
