Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Redof Castro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan JONES (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Redof Castro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Dan JONES! The judges for this bout are James Glass, William Gold and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Castro will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Some wild striking there from Castro.

JONES throws a nice looking combination but Castro bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. JONES gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Castro to score an easy takedown into full guard. Castro got a little sloppy there for a moment and JONES has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Castro has managed to get both his arms back between JONES's legs - danger averted. JONES looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Castro won't allow JONES to get back to his feet. JONES can't keep his opponent in guard - Castro advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. JONES is trying to get back to full guard. Castro looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
That's one minute gone in the round. Castro stands up and beckons JONES to join him on the feet. JONES misses with a hook. Castro shoots in for a takedown but JONES shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Redof Castro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. JONES throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Castro stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. JONES tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Castro was well out of range. Poor timing from JONES. JONES ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Castro is breathing heavily. JONES swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Castro counters with a takedown into side control. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Castro tries for a kimura but JONES is defending well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. JONES is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Castro's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. JONES manages to get to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Castro is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. JONES has his foot on Castro's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Castro works his way back into a safe position though. JONES is looking for a triangle but Castro pushes his legs off easily.
Castro not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Castro missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Castro is in close to JONES's body, working some short punches and elbows. Castro advances position into side control! Castro has knee on belly and moves into mount. Castro lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Castro jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but JONES manages to avoid the submission attempt. Castro cracks JONES with a big right hand but JONES just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Castro thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. JONES manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! JONES tries to stand but can't do so whilst Castro controls his leg. Castro gets full guard. JONES avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Castro punching from the bottom - just letting JONES know he's still in a fight. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. JONES preventing the sweep. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Redof Castro will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Castro shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. JONES defends it nicely. Castro gets a clinch. JONES stalling in the clinch but Castro improves position. JONES blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Castro looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? JONES is fending him off so far but Castro persists. Nope, JONES circles away and we're back to standing. JONES throws a series of punches but Castro moves out of range. A shot to the liver by JONES. Beautiful body shot. A punch combination from JONES misses. No luck with that takedown attempt from Castro. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Redof Castro. That's going to take a lot out of him. Castro connects with a solid leg kick. JONES gets caught flat footed, as Castro shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Castro stops JONES from standing up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Castro trying to control but JONES is working from the bottom. Castro tries to free his leg and advance position but JONES is retaining full guard. JONES is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Castro is controlling him. Castro stands and steps away. JONES gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Castro shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts JONES as he jumps to the side. Castro scores with a takedown into JONES's guard. JONES escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Castro gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Castro tries to free his leg and advance position but JONES is retaining full guard. Castro is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Castro content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. JONES escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Castro gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. JONES working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Castro doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Castro manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. JONES is looking for a triangle but Castro pushes his legs off easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Castro connects with a couple of short punches. Castro scoring with some ground and pound. Castro postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. JONES is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Castro is controlling him. Castro trying to control but JONES is working from the bottom. Castro chips away with some ground and pound. Castro drops back looking for a leg! JONES is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and JONES manages to kick Castro off! Castro jumps back into JONES's guard. Castro with a nice head shot there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Castro passes easily into side control. Nice work. Castro decides to stand up, so the ref orders JONES to his feet. JONES throws a lazy right hand but Castro sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Some wild striking there from Castro.
JONES wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Castro closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Castro is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Redof Castro dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
JONES throws a combination. Castro tries to block but a couple of punches get through. JONES swings away with a body shot that misses

JONES eventually gives up the hold. Castro tries to roll over but JONES keeps him under control. JONES is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Castro regains full guard. Nicely done. Castro is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Castro is trying to work for a kimura but JONES is defending well.
JONES wants to sweep but Castro has passed to side control! JONES tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Castro wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Castro is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but JONES is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Castro has hold of JONES's arm. He's looking for a kimura. JONES seems comfortable defending it but Castro has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! JONES is real pain and he's forced to tap out! JONES is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Castro couldn't care less - he's delighted!
