The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martins misses with a wild combination.
Martins fails to land with a series of punches.
A slapping body kick lands there for Martins.
Pajaro takes a swing at Martins's ribcage but misses.

Martins throws a nice looking combination but Pajaro bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Pajaro throws a lazy right hand but Martins sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Martins dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Pajaro. That did some damage!
Martins looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Pajaro is fending him off so far but Martins persists. Nope, Pajaro circles away and we're back to standing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Pajaro lands with some strikes.
