Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jonathan Caruso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Vera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vera closes the distance and clinches up with Caruso, looking for a takedown. Vera pushes Caruso against the cage but Caruso circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Vera shoots in looking for a takedown. Caruso tries to sprawl out of it but Vera keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Caruso manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Caruso is trying to drag Vera to the mat but Vera just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Caruso reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Caruso taps out! nice BJJ there by Vera!
