Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Chan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Waldorf Astoria (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chan kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Ari Gold - Let's Hug It Out, BITCH. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Astoria. Chan does a little dance to reset his feet.
Chan uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Astoria.

Astoria lands a nice shot to the body.
A slapping leg kick lands for Astoria.

Astoria bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Chan chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Astoria can pounce on him.
Chan throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Chan gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Astoria.
Astoria wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Astoria dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Chan. That did some damage!
Astoria lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Chan at a distance.
Chan walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Astoria connects with a solid leg kick.
Astoria feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Chan's calf.
Chan takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Chan is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Astoria jabs Chan right on the nose. Chan blinks but takes it well.
Astoria throws a head kick that half lands.

Astoria connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Chan falls off balance throwing a combination
and Astoria counters with a slapping leg kick.

Astoria dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Chan. That did some damage!

Johnny Chan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Chan closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Astoria's corner calls for a 1-2. Astoria obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Astoria. Chan shrugs it off though.
Astoria throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Chan stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Chan is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Chan takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Astoria scores with a hook to the body. Chan takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Chan is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Astoria.
Astoria dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
