Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Buster Banks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Irwin Estevez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Banks comes to the cage accompanied by King Kong - Jibbs. The key to victory for Buster Banks has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Carlos Irwin Estevez!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Jorge Garcia and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Estevez throws a series of punches but Banks moves out of range.
Estevez misses the jab.
Estevez shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Banks sprawls well. Banks wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Estevez gets slowly back to his feet.
Estevez takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Estevez is looking to clinch but Banks is avoiding it.
Estevez swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Banks counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Estevez shoots in looking for a takedown. Banks tries to sprawl out of it but Estevez keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Banks manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Banks slaps away a takedown attempt from Estevez, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Buster Banks has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carlos Irwin Estevez.

Estevez takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

A solid leg kick lands there for Banks.
Estevez chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Banks can pounce on him.
Estevez looks gassed!
Banks scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Estevez takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Banks throws a quick inside leg kick.
Whack! Banks lands a heavy head kick that drops Estevez. The ref tackles Banks to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Estevez was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Buster Banks!
