Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeremy Foster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ariel Ornias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Foster comes to the cage accompanied by Friggin In The Riggin. Ariel Ornias will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foster checks a leg kick.
Ornias scores with a decent looking hook.
Foster shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Foster showed some decent athleticism there.
Ornias has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Foster is working away from the top position though.
Foster lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Foster throws a strike but Ornias avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Ornias keeping moving, preventing Foster from controlling successfully.
Ornias controls Foster momentarily but Foster frees himself.
Foster throws and elbow that misses. Ornias uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Foster's guard. Nice move by Ornias!
Foster has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Foster wants to sweep here but Ornias controlling him for the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Foster working a defensive guard but Ornias passes into half guard.
Ornias prevents Foster from improving his position.
Foster might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Foster is pressing down on Ornias's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Foster bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Ornias's guard.
Ornias is trying to control the position but Foster postures up.
Foster stops Ornias from standing up.
Foster throws a strike but Ornias rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Foster had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ornias defends it easily.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Ornias passes Foster's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Ornias wants to take a breather but Foster is having none of it.
Foster is looking for a sweep. Ornias is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Ornias is taking a breather. Foster says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Well, if Ornias is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Foster is defending against the submission attempts here by Ornias.
Foster wants to improve his position but Ornias is controlling well.
Foster has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Ornias is working away from the top position though.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Foster shoots in but Ornias avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Foster shoots in looking for a takedown. Ornias tries to sprawl out of it but Foster keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ornias manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jeremy Foster will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Foster shoots in for a takedown but Ornias shows good takedown defense.
Foster looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Ornias trying to control here.
Foster misses with a head shot. Ornias uses the momentum to regain guard.
Ornias manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Foster is looking to get to half guard.

Ornias content just to control the position here.
Foster is trying desperately to improve position.
Ornias wants to stand but Foster is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.
Ornias controlling his opponent.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Foster keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Foster wants to control but Ornias is having none of it.

Foster tries to reverse the position but Ornias maintains control.
Ornias looking to control and managing it successfully.

Foster flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Ornias is trying to stand up but he's being controlled by his opponent.
Foster working to try and regain half guard.
Ornias wants to control the pace but Foster is squirming around nicely.
Foster is looking to get to half guard.
Foster wants to hold on but Ornias pushes him away.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Foster tries to reverse the position but Ornias maintains control.
Ornias stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ariel Ornias showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Foster looks for a takedown but Ornias sprawls well.
Ornias has taken the fight to the clinch.
Ornias manages to break the clinch.
Ornias stuffs the takedown.
Foster keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Ornias.
Foster changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ornias tries to avoid it but Foster manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ornias to the ground. Ornias escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jeremy Foster. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ornias thows a body shot but no joy.

Foster shoots in but Ornias avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Foster shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ornias defends it nicely.

Ornias swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

A big right from Foster misses.
Ornias fails with an attempt to clinch.
Ornias tries to clinch there but Foster circles away.
Foster tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ornias sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Foster somewhat.

and Ornias counters with a lovely straight right hand!

and Ornias counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Ornias lands a really nice looking cross but Foster seems unphased.
Foster is rocked!
Ornias drops Foster with a naaaaasty hook - Foster is in real trouble here! Ornias dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
