Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dieselnoi Fairtex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bas Yardin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bas Yardin is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bas Yardin! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Damien Edna and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fairtex rushes Yardin and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Fairtex using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Yardin has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Yardin has Fairtex pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Yardin pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Fairtex tumbling to the mat - Yardin dives into Fairtex's guard. Yardin connects with a couple of short punches. Fairtex might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Yardin throws a big right hand that misses. Fairtex looks calm but he's in trouble here. Yardin gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Fairtex is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Yardin lets go of the hold and Fairtex can pop his arm back in it's socket.
