The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cadwallader misses with a jab, cross combination.
Mill scores with a punch to the head. Cadwallader takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Cadwallader moves forwards but Mill connects with a nice, crisp jab. Mill thumps Cadwallader with a low kick. Mill connects with a looping right hand.
Mill throws a leg kick which misses Cadwallader's front leg but catches the back leg as Cadwallader tries to avoid it. Mill throws a sloppy head kick and Cadwallader moves out of range easily. No luck with that takedown attempt from Cadwallader. Mill lands a head kick. Cadwallader smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Mill closes the distance and clinches. Mill manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Mill manages to pull guard.
Mill scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Mill throws a nice outside leg kick. Mill keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Cadwallader dodges the punch combination from Mill.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cadwallader throws out a loose jab but Mill uses good head movement to avoid it. Mill throws a nice inside leg kick. Nice cross by Cadwallader. Mill throws a quick inside leg kick. Mill changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Mill misses with the combination.
Mill gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Cadwallader wants to get back to striking at distance but Mill won't allow it.

This has been an exciting period of action! Cadwallader can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Mill controls the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mill stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cadwallader swivels though and keeps the full guard. Mill is working hard here to advance position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mill is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Cadwallader wants to stand but Mill is controlling the position. Mill sitting in guard, not really doing much.
The referee stands the fighters back up. John Stuart Mill just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Mill goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Cadwallader tries to clinch but fails miserably and Mill counters with a thumping low kick. Mill lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Mill is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Cadwallader scores with a kick to the body.

A chopping leg kick lands by Mill. Mill goes for a high kick. It partially lands. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Cadwallader falls off balance throwing a combination
and Mill holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Mill scores with a shoulder strike. Mill lands a right hand that snaps the head of Cadwallader backwards. Cadwallader takes a shot to the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Stuart Mill dominated that round. The cut man is working on Rich Cadwallader's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
A left and a right from Mill both land. Nice combination. John Stuart Mill is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Mill throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Cadwallader throws a head kick that misses and Mill counters with an inside leg kick. Mill moves into range and connects with a jab. A jab from Mill finds it's way through Cadwallader's defenses. Mill looks to land a combination. Cadwallader sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Cadwallader takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Cadwallader with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Mill to score with a decent uppercut. Cadwallader's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Cadwallader throws out a leg kick but Mill moves out of range and Cadwallader only half commits. Cadwallader throws a series of punches but Mill avoids them all with ease. Mill darts in and clinches Cadwallader up against the cage. Cadwallader is trying to break the clinch but Mill is controlling him. Mill lands a left hand.
Cadwallader is breathing heavily. Mill lands a nice shot to the body. A shot in the inside from Mill. Mill stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Mill lands with a short head shot on the inside. Mill lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Mill landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mill working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.

Cadwallader is fighting off a takedown attempt but Mill is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Cadwallader to the mat. Cadwallader regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Cadwallader can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Mill controls the pace. Mill pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Cadwallader is keeping the position for now. Mill advances position into side control! Mill advances nicely into full mount. Mill looking to control and managing it successfully. Mill is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Cadwallader can do to turn this around?

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Cadwallader has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mill is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish.

Mill throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Cadwallader's head. Mill fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cadwallader. Mill throws a combination. Cadwallader tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Mill throws a nice inside leg kick. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Mill.
Cadwallader tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. John Stuart Mill is winning the standup battle so far. Mill scores with a three punch combo!
Cadwallader pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Mill lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Cadwallader looks to throw a body kick and Mill cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cadwallader throws a wild body kick that Mill sees coming a mile off. Mill throws a head kick that misses. Mill lands a high kick!
Mill throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Cadwallader. The crowd cheers as Mill lands an impressive looking overhand right. Cadwallader doesn't seem phased though. Mill forces Cadwallader back against the cage and clinches. Cadwallader is fighting off a takedown attempt but Mill is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Cadwallader to the mat. Cadwallader regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Mill advances position into side control! Cadwallader wants to get back to his feet but Mill drags him back down. Mill controlling the position from side mount. Mill has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Stuart Mill dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Rich Cadwallader's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. And we move into the final round!

Mill controls the action. Mill has the hooks in. Cadwallader is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Cadwallader takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Mill controlling the position well here. Cadwallader rolled but Mill kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.

Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. John Stuart Mill overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Mill obliges. Mill lands a nice uppercut. Mill lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Mill scores with a nice hook to the head. Mill slows down the pace here.
Cadwallader takes an elbow to the temple.

Mill has his feet on Cadwallader's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Mill lands with a slapping head kick. Mill is looking to slow Cadwallader down with leg kicks. Cadwallader is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Mill. Cadwallader has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Mill scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Mill changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Mill clobbers Cadwallader with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Cadwallader has a takedown stuffed. John Stuart Mill is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Mill.
A head kick from Mill lands but Cadwallader takes it in his stride. Cadwallader takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Rich Cadwallader has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Cadwallader doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Mill lands a head kick!

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Mill lands a head kick. Cadwallader smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Cadwallader throws a sloppy head kick and Mill counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mill jabs Cadwallader right on the nose. Cadwallader blinks but takes it well. Mill lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
And that's the end of the fight! John Stuart Mill showed his dominance in that final round. Well Mill has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
