Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tuck Manbeast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cup Cake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tuck Manbeast! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Cup Cake! The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Winston Howard and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cake misses with a takedown attempt - Manbeast sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Manbeast scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Manbeast shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Cake's guard. Manbeast showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Manbeast's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Cake is looking for a triangle but Manbeast pushes his legs off easily.
Manbeast throwing strikes but missing. Manbeast sitting in guard here, content to control. Cake is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. Manbeast content to stall in guard here. Manbeast has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Manbeast seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Cake for as long as he can get away with. Manbeast stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cake swivels though and keeps the full guard. Cake being controlled here, momentarily. Manbeast tries to free his leg and advance position but Cake is retaining full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Cake looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Cake is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Manbeast stands and steps away. Cake gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Cake tries to clinch but Manbeast is having none of it. Manbeast misses the shot to the body. Cake is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Manbeast. Horrible takedown by Cake or perhaps it was just good defense by Manbeast which made him look bad. Cake looks gassed! Manbeast scores a takedown into full mount! Manbeast avoids the attempt from Cake to control. Cake is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Cake wants to control but Manbeast is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Manbeast controlling from the full mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Tuck Manbeast just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Cake with a poor takedown and Manbeast counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Tuck Manbeast has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cup Cake. Manbeast controlling the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cake tries to roll over but Manbeast keeps him under control. The referee calls for the fighters to work.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Manbeast is taking a breather. Cake says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Manbeast has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Manbeast decides to stand and escape the position. Cake moves out of range of the body kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tuck Manbeast dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Manbeast lands a jab-cross combination. Cake gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Cake pulls Manbeast in close to prevent any damage. Manbeast gets to his feet. Cake looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Cake wants to clinch and Manbeast counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Tuck Manbeast overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Manbeast is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Manbeast controlling his opponent. Cake wants to control but Manbeast is having none of it. Cake is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Manbeast can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Cake is looking to escape. Cake tries to reverse the position but Manbeast maintains control. Manbeast sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Manbeast stands up from mount. Strange move. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Cake takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Cake misses with a head kick.
Manbeast tries to close the distance and clinch but Cake swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Cake shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Manbeast as he jumps to the side. Cake misses with a takedown and Manbeast counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Manbeast. Manbeast tries to land a knee to the head but Cake blocks with his arms.
Cake can't break the clinch.
Manbeast has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Cake is trying to keep an underhook but Manbeast manages to get the takedown into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Manbeast controlling the action here. Cake trying to control from the bottom.
Manbeast controlling the action here. Cake pushes Manbeast off looking to stand but Manbeast dives back in and keeps control.
Cake is trying to control but can't.
Cake is looking to improve his position.
Cake wants to get back to his feet. Cake is pressing down on Manbeast's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Cake is trying to control the position but Manbeast postures up. Manbeast sitting in guard, not really doing much. Manbeast passes Cake's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cake is looking to escape. Manbeast keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Manbeast decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Cake dodges the punch combination from Manbeast.
A swing and a miss from Cake. Manbeast throws an overhand right that lands on Cake's shoulder, as Cake tries to avoid the shot. Excellent takedown into side control there by Cake. Manbeast is trying to improve his position. What's Manbeast going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle. Manbeast is trying to control Cake's posture but Cake avoids it. Manbeast tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Cake wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Manbeast sneaks back into half guard. Manbeast keeps control of the position for the meantime. Manbeast is pressing down on Cake's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Manbeast wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Cake is looking to stand up but Manbeast won't let him. Cake trying to control but Manbeast is working from the bottom. Cake sitting in guard, not really doing much. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Manbeast not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Cake closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Cake lands in his opponent's guard. Cake trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Manbeast is pulling down on Cake's head. It's preventing any offense from Cake, at least for the moment. Cake wants to control from the top but Manbeast keeps moving. Manbeast is trying to hold Cake in close to prevent damage but Cake has managed to pass into half guard.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Cake keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
That's one minute gone in the round. Manbeast is not content to let Cake control the position. Cake stands up from half guard. Cake scores with a jab to the body. Manbeast looks to land a combination but Cake avoids it well. Cake gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Manbeast passes into half guard. Manbeast is keen to just control but Cake is a slippery customer. Cake trying to control here.
Manbeast is figuring out what he wants to do next.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cake is in trouble now - Manbeast has advanced to mount! Manbeast controlling his opponent. Cake is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Manbeast content just to control the position here. Cake manages to regain half guard. Good work. Manbeast wants to take a breather but Cake is having none of it. Manbeast takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Manbeast is thwarting Cake's attempts to control the position. Manbeast trying to control from half guard but Cake is working away.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Tuck Manbeast just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Manbeast throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Cake. Cake avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Manbeast throws a sloppy head kick and Cake moves out of range easily. Cake lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Manbeast jabbing away but nothing is landing. Tuck Manbeast seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Manbeast shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Cake's guard. Manbeast slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Manbeast takes a little break here. Cake wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Manbeast tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cake is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Manbeast is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Cake will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Manbeast trying to control the position but Cake is working away. Manbeast is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Cake is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Cake is trying to get back to half guard.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Cake scores a takedown into full mount! Cup Cake has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Cake landing shots from mount.
And that's the end of the fight! Cup Cake comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Manbeast has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
