Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Maxi Marin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramoan Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ramoan Silva has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marin shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Silva sprawls well. Silva wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Marin gets slowly back to his feet.

Marin jumps guard and drags Silva to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Silva drops back looking for a leg! Marin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Marin manages to kick Silva off! Silva jumps back into Marin's guard.

Marin jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Silva walks away with a smile on his face. Marin gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Silva drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Marin dives on top into guard.
Marin will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Silva is trying to control the position but Marin postures up.

Silva is looking for a triangle but Marin pushes his legs off easily.

That was a close round but I would say that Maxi Marin will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Marin turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Silva off and cradles Marin's limp body as Silva celebrates with his corner.
