The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
San shoots for a takedown but Cro Cop saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
San circles away from the clinch attempt.
Cro Cop will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Cro Cop is looking to clinch but San is avoiding it.
Cro Cop really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Cro Cop tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. San just stands there and leans against the cage.
Cro Cop ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Cro Cop no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Cro Cop has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. San is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Cro Cop has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics San uses from the top position.
San really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cro Cop. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

That was a close second round but I would say that Anderson Cro Cop will probably get the nod.

Cro Cop has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, San has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
