Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brock Lesnar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, TJ Gelicho!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnar shoots in and drives through. Gelicho sprawls well.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lesnar.
Lesnar shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brock Lesnar. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Lesnar closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Lesnar thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Gelicho to regain full guard.
Lesnar wants to stand and escape but instead Gelicho has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Lesnar keeping moving, preventing Gelicho from controlling successfully.
Lesnar wants to sweep but no luck.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Gelicho trying to control the position from guard on top but Lesnar is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Lesnar looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

Gelicho stands and steps away. Lesnar gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Lesnar fails to land the takedown.

Lesnar shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Gelicho is working to get back to half guard.
Lesnar lands a heavy elbow.
Gelicho holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Lesnar tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Gelicho wants to control but Lesnar is having none of it.
Gelicho blocking the ground and pound.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Lesnar with a couple of short strikes.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Gelicho's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Lesnar cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
A nice elbow there by Lesnar.

Lesnar lands a nice shot to the head.
Gelicho is still in real trouble! Can Lesnar finish him?
Gelicho takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Lesnar's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brock Lesnar!
