Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Clayton Haller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maddy Rock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Haller comes to the cage accompanied by The Race Is On - Sawyer Brown. Maddy Rock told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Ben Zyskovitsi and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haller ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Haller ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Rock keeps the fight on the outside.
Haller moves away from the strike by Rock.
Haller scores with a jab. Rock acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
It looks like Maddy Rock has been cut.
Haller dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Haller throws a sloppy head kick and Rock moves out of range easily.
Haller fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Rock, pushing him back against the cage.
Rock takes an elbow to the temple.
Haller with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Haller fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Rock escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Rock takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A looping hook to the body misses from Rock. Haller does a little dance to reset his feet.
Good standup being displayed there by Haller as he connects with a hook.
Haller tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Rock is able to avoid easily.

Haller wants to clinch up but Rock keeps it at a distance.
Rock uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Haller.

Haller goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Rock misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Rock will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Haller has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Rock tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Rock scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Haller moves forwards but Rock connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Haller looks to throw the jab but Rock is out of range.

Haller closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Rock swats away the attempt to clinch by Haller.
Haller looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Haller lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Rock misses the shot to the body.
Rock paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Haller swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Rock keeps the fight on the outside.
Rock connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Haller dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Rock rushes Haller with punches - Haller moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Haller goes down! Rock follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Maddy Rock!
