Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Fabricio Choi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rahj Tirado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Choi's entrance music is Let the bodies hit the floor. A fine choice. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Choi has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Tirado is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Choi.

Tirado changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Choi looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Tirado wants to lay and pray for a moment but Choi keeps working.
Choi is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Tirado asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Choi fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Choi tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tirado paws at him with a jab and circles away.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Tirado cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Choi throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Choi pushes Tirado away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Tirado gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Well Tirado has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
