A fine choice. Williams is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Sunshine of Your Love. Rusty Helber has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Helber stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Helber wants it to stay on the feet.
Helber throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
The fight stays on the outside here - Williams looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Williams is trying to drag Helber to the mat but Helber just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
