The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mud keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Mud doesn't manage to clinch there - Gotti circles away.
Mud wants to clinch up but Gotti keeps it at a distance.

Mud takes the fight into the clinch.

Gotti tightens his grip and picks Mud up, before dumping him to the ground. Mud manages to land in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Gotti stops Mud from getting back to his feet.

Gotti wants to work for an arm triangle but Mud is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
