The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Janakoff swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Jovani.
Jovani tries to clinch up.
Janakoff looks to throw the jab but Jovani is out of range.
Janakoff has closed the distance and engaged Jovani in a clinch.
With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Janakoff creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Jovani has a couple of punches blocked by Janakoff.
Janakoff makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Janakoff lands a right hand that snaps the head of Jovani backwards.
Janakoff breaks from the clinch.
Janakoff misses with a looping left.
Jovani clinches but Janakoff breaks the clinch
and Janakoff counters with a straight right hand.
Jovani is rocked!
It looks like Oscar Jovani has been cut.
Janakoff misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Jovani.
Jovani tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Janakoff counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Jovani is still on wobbly legs! Can Janakoff finish him?
Janakoff throws a pinpoint strike between Jovani's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Jovani crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Janakoff scores a great knockout victory!
