The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Richard Clark and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ROSE looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
ROSE should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from ROSE is defended easily by Blessed.
Blessed displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from ROSE.
Brian Blessed has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of STEVE ROSE.
Some wild striking there from Blessed.
Blessed lands with a shot to the body.
Blessed really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Blessed uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before ROSE has time to react.
No joy there for Blessed, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Blessed looks to land a combination but ROSE avoids it well.
Blessed darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Blessed lands a hook that stumbles ROSE back into the cage. Blessed follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping ROSE to the canvas! Blessed pounces and lands several unanswered shots - ROSE has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
