The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aldo tries to clinch there but Okina circles away.
Okina lands with a right hand.
Aldo lands a head kick. Okina smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Aldo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Okina scores with a hook to the body. Aldo takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Okina takes a swing at Aldo's ribcage but misses.
Aldo cracks Okina with an open hand slap.
Aldo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Okina throws a shot from downtown. Aldo moves away and avoids it.
Aldo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Okina paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Okina rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Aldo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Aldo tries to work over Okina's front leg with a kick but Okina checks it.
Aldo tries to clinch but Okina is having none of it.
Aldo misses with a double jab.
Nice body kick from Aldo.
Okina misses the jab.
Aldo tries to bum rush Okina with a series of wild strikes but Okina uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Aldo plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Okina misses with a takedown attempt - Aldo sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Aldo is looking to slow Okina down with leg kicks.

Okina paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Aldo thows a body shot but no joy.
Aldo throws a head kick that half lands.
Aldo connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
A head kick from Aldo lands but Okina takes it in his stride.

Okina is rocked!
Okina swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Okina is still on wobbly legs! Can Aldo finish him?

Okina seems to have recovered his senses.
Okina misses with a wild combination.
Aldo takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Aldo steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Okina.
Henrique Aldo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Aldo scores with a head kick.
Aldo drops Okina with a straight right hand, right on the button! Aldo follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
