Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harry Nevada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and KT McMahon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nevada comes to the cage accompanied by In The End by Linkin Park. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Robert Douchet and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nevada fails with an attempt to clinch.
Nevada shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
McMahon is looking to escape.
Nevada decides to stand up.
Nevada lands a left and a right that sends McMahon crashing to the canvas! Nevada dives into mount looking to finish!
It looks like KT McMahon has been cut.
McMahon is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
McMahon tries to lock up and control but Nevada gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

McMahon manages to work his way to half guard, despite Nevada's best efforts.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McMahon wants to improve his position but Nevada is controlling well.
Nevada looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Nevada is breathing heavily.
McMahon tries to kick Nevada off but Nevada keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
McMahon tries to get to full guard but Nevada has control of the leg.
McMahon makes his way to full guard. A much better position for McMahon.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

McMahon is looking to stand up but Nevada isn't so interested in that idea.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

McMahon is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

McMahon manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Nevada manages to get himself to full guard.
Nevada has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but McMahon can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
McMahon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nevada swivels though and keeps the full guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Nevada holds on and takes a little breather.

McMahon stays in close to Nevada's body and controls the position.
Nevada knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for McMahon on the ground.
McMahon decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

McMahon is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Nevada is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
BOOM! Nevada connects with a massive shot to the dome!

McMahon is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Nevada won't let McMahon get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

McMahon escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Nevada gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
McMahon not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
McMahon looking for a guillotine here but Nevada defends easily.

McMahon working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Nevada doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Nevada manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Nevada had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. McMahon is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Nevada Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take McMahon's back instead.
Nevada tries to get the hooks in deep but McMahon pushed the leg off.
McMahon wants to escape the position.
