And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Elite closes this distance looking for a takedown but Green circles away.
Green circles away from the clinch attempt.
Elite fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Elite shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Green as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Spaced Elite. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Elite misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
No luck for Elite with that takedown attempt.
Green throws a sloppy head kick and Elite moves out of range easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Elite goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Green moves out of range of the leg kick from Elite.
Spaced Elite seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Green bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Green is trying to get an arm triangle but Elite is defending well.
Green is working to tighten is grip on Elite's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Elite has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Green is really squeezing tight and eventually Elite passes out! Green breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
