Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Master Yoda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Olsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yoda comes to the cage accompanied by Star Wars Theme. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Master Yoda!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Victor Olsen!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Reed Andrews and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yoda tries to clinch but Olsen moves out of range.
Yoda tries to clinch there but Olsen circles away.
Olsen ducks under a wild hook from Yoda.
Olsen throws a body punch but Yoda moves out of range.

Yoda tries to close the distance and clinch but Olsen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Olsen swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Yoda moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Yoda fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Olsen doesn't manage to clinch there - Yoda circles away.
Yoda tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Olsen paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Yoda takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Yoda displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Olsen throws out the jab.

and Olsen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Yoda tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Olsen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Yoda has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Olsen finds it's way round the side to connect with Yoda's head.
Yoda is looking to clinch but Olsen is avoiding it.
Victor Olsen is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Yoda misses with a body kick.
A punch lands to the side of Yoda 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Olsen is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Yoda had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

and Olsen counters with a right hand to the body.

Olsen throws a hook to the side of Yoda's head but Yoda sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Yoda avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

and Olsen counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Olsen might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

and Yoda decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Olsen's guard.

Victor Olsen dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Yoda takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Olsen misses with a straight left.
Olsen throws a hook to the side of Yoda's head but Yoda sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Yoda thows a body shot but no joy.
Yoda wants to clinch but Olsen slips to the side
and Olsen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Yoda looks to throw the jab but Olsen is out of range.

Yoda is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Olsen has escaped the position, nice work there.
Olsen gets back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Olsen is looking for a sweep. Yoda is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Yoda wants to pass the guard but Olsen is defending well.
Yoda wants to control but Olsen is keeping him busy.
Olsen looking for submissions from an awkward position here.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Yoda looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Olsen trying to control but Yoda postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Olsen throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Yoda on the side of the head.
Yoda fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Olsen sprawls well initially but Yoda persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Yoda thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Olsen to regain full guard.

Olsen escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Yoda gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Olsen can't keep his opponent in guard - Yoda advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Yoda not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Olsen is looking to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Yoda trying to advance position but Olsen counters by regaining guard.
Olsen escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Yoda gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Yoda trying to control the position from guard on top but Olsen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Yoda is really struggling to control Olsen but he's trying to hold on to the position.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

That was a close second round but I would say that Master Yoda will probably get the nod.
That's time! Yoda's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Yoda lands with a hook. Olsen tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
The fight stays on the outside here - Yoda looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Olsen is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Master Yoda showed his dominance in that final round.
