Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Robert Pattison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and MCKEN STRIKE (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 1, fighting out of New York, Robert Pattison! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, MCKEN STRIKE! The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Bruno Lombardi and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pattison closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. STRIKE is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Pattison's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Pattison's back! STRIKE biding his time, looking for the opening.
Pattison is in a bad position with STRIKE working for a choke. Pattison manages to spin nicely into guard and the danger is over for the moment. Pattison is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Pattison wants to control from the top but STRIKE keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pattison sitting in guard here, content to control. Pattison avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
STRIKE wants to sweep here but Pattison controlling him for the moment. STRIKE looking to control.
STRIKE is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Pattison defends well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Pattison controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. STRIKE keeping moving, preventing Pattison from controlling successfully.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. STRIKE with a lazy takedown attempt and Pattison moves into the clinch. Pattison successfully pulls guard.
STRIKE trying to control but Pattison is working from the bottom. Pattison not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pattison pulls STRIKE in close to prevent any damage. STRIKE keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Pattison's head. Pattison seems keen to control STRIKE's posture. Pattison has a closed guard, preventing STRIKE from standing up. STRIKE looks gassed!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. STRIKE wants to pass the guard but Pattison is keeping the position. Pattison looking for a guillotine here but STRIKE defends easily.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. STRIKE trying to control but Pattison is working from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Robert Pattison dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Pattison swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Robert Pattison is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Pattison shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. STRIKE is in trouble now - Pattison has advanced to mount! STRIKE is in all sorts of trouble here.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Pattison get's back to his feet. STRIKE clinches but Pattison breaks the clinch and Pattison counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. STRIKE throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
STRIKE kicks Pattison off and gets to his feet. Pattison rushes STRIKE and presses him up against the cage. STRIKE tries to score a body lock takedown but Pattison shows good agility there to stay on his feet. STRIKE jumps guard and drags Pattison to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Pattison trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Pattison throwing strikes from guard but STRIKE blocks nicely. STRIKE seems keen to control Pattison's posture. STRIKE trying to keep a closed guard but Pattison is proving a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pattison won't allow STRIKE to get back to his feet. STRIKE looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Pattison passes into side control.
Pattison controls the position from side control. STRIKE throws a few rabbit punches from the bottom. Pattison was waiting for it though - now STRIKE's arm is in the perfect position for an arm triangle - he's tightening it up and STRIKE is forced to tap out before he takes a nap! Very clever counter grappling there from Pattison!
