Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sol Dos Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Notkea Rotta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Santos throws a right and a left that both miss.
Rotta circles away from the clinch attempt.
Dos Santos tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Dos Santos tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rotta swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Dos Santos misses with a looping left.
Rotta shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Rotta is trying to control the action in half guard but Dos Santos is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dos Santos is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Rotta scores with a couple of nice shots.
Rotta is keen to just control but Dos Santos is a slippery customer.
Rotta stalling away here and it's allowed Dos Santos to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

and Rotta counters with a shoot takedown. Dos Santos fights it but they end up in guard.

Rotta drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Dos Santos manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Rotta has Dos Santos in his guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

That was a close second round but I would say that Sol Dos Santos will probably get the nod.

Dos Santos throws a quick inside leg kick.
Rotta moves out of range as Dos Santos strikes.
Rotta scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Dos Santos is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Rotta throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Dos Santos works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.

Rotta is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Dos Santos sees it coming and defends easily.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Dos Santos throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Dos Santos swings for the body but Rotta moves out of range.
Dos Santos feints and then cracks Rotta's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Rotta down.

Dos Santos tries to close the distance and clinch but Rotta swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Rotta shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dos Santos sprawls well. Dos Santos wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rotta gets slowly back to his feet.
