Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Reckless (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz comes into the arena with Its not my time blaring out of the sound system. Reckless has chosen No Heroes by Converge as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, John Roberts and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz misses with a few strikes there.
Reckless shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Diaz as he jumps to the side.
Reckless throws a combination that misses
and Diaz connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Reckless uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Diaz.
Diaz lands with a shot to the body.
Diaz shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Reckless counters with a nice body shot.
Reckless swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Reckless keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Diaz fails with a takedown attempt.
Diaz misses with a few strikes there.
Chris Diaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Reckless feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Diaz's calf.
Diaz throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Nice sprawl there from Diaz as Reckless shoots in.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Diaz connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Reckless to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Diaz!
