Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ethan Clayton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Stark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clayton comes to the cage accompanied by I Want It All. The crowd seem to be enjoying Stark's choice of entrance music: Dance Hall Days. Ethan Clayton has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Columbo Gatti and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clayton fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Stark avoids a punch combination nicely.

Clayton throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Stark counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Clayton throws a jab but it's blocked by Stark.

and Stark counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Clayton!

Clayton suckers Stark into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Clayton is now in Stark's guard!

Clayton wants to stand but Stark is controlling his posture from full guard.
Stark has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Clayton is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Stark.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Stark is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Clayton is staying active.

Stark tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Clayton wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Clayton wants to stand but Stark has his arm trapped.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

and Stark counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Stark thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Stark stops Clayton from getting back to his feet.
Stark seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Clayton does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Stark looks to land a strike but Clayton avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Stark tries to free his leg and advance position but Clayton is retaining full guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Stark. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Clayton misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Clayton swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
letting Stark counter with a right hand.
Clayton shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

enabling Stark to counter with a crisp jab.
Clayton uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Stark.

Clayton falls off balance throwing a combination
so Stark counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Stark throws and elbow that misses. Clayton uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Stark's guard. Nice move by Clayton!
Clayton got a little sloppy there for a moment and Stark has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Clayton has managed to get both his arms back between Stark's legs - danger averted.
Stark has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Stark pulls Clayton in close to prevent any damage.
Stark striking off his back but it's not causing Clayton any problems.

Clayton wants to get up but he can't break Stark's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Stark wants to sweep here but Clayton controlling him for the moment.
Stark working for a triangle but Clayton defends it easily.
Stark has his feet on Clayton's thighs here. He's pushed Clayton off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Clayton screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
