Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Amsel Socamo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and BC Hawkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hawkins has chosen Paint it Black as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Amsel Socamo!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawkins closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Socamo did well to prevent Hawkins getting side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hawkins not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Hawkins missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Socamo is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Hawkins scores with a couple of nice shots.
Hawkins perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Socamo keeps control of the position for the meantime.
Hawkins stands up out of the half guard.
Hawkins closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Hawkins wants to lay and pray for a moment but Socamo keeps working.
That's one minute gone in the round.
You can see the frustration on Socamo's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Hawkins swings around for an armbar but Socamo sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Hawkins's guard.
Socamo stands and steps away. Hawkins gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Hawkins slips a jab from Socamo.
Socamo pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Hawkins.
Hawkins stands up and beckons Socamo to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A shot to the liver by Socamo. Beautiful body shot.
Hawkins looks gassed!
Socamo misses with a body shot.
Hawkins shoots in and bounces Socamo off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hawkins trying to control the position from guard on top but Socamo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Socamo pushes Hawkins off and gets back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Socamo throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hawkins stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Good shot there by Socamo.
Socamo connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Hawkins takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Socamo lands with an uppercut that bounces Hawkins off the cage and back into rage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Socamo thuds a left hand into Hawkins's body.
Hawkins is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Hawkins has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Hawkins there as he acknowledges the shot.
Socamo takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Socamo cracks Hawkins with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Hawkins looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Socamo finish him?
Hawkins is rocked!
Hawkins drops his hands momentarily. Socamo doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Hawkins staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Hawkins doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:04 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Amsel Socamo!
Amsel Socamo retains his light heavyweight title!
