Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Taro Takaoka and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zero shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Zero showed some decent athleticism there.
Zero trying to control from half guard but Wolf is working away.
Zero seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Zero throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Wolf wants to improve his position but Zero is controlling well.
Wolf has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Zero is working away from the top position though.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Wolf is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Zero has escaped the position, nice work there.
Wolf fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Zero manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

The fighters are battling for position here. Zero manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Zero working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Wolf doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Wolf manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Zero moves in looking to clinch but Wolf pushes him off.

and Wolf counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Zero's guard now.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Wolf won't allow Zero to pass to mount.
Ken Zero has got the better of the ground game so far.
Zero is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Zero is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Zero seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Wolf does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Zero shoots in looking for a takedown. Wolf tries to sprawl out of it but Zero keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wolf manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Wolf cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

I would just about give that final round to Ken Zero.
Well Zero has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
