Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Didier Diane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Birk Smygare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diane kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Let's Get it. Birk Smygare has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smygare shoots for a takedown but Diane saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Diane instigates a clinch.
Smygare drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Diane gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Smygare using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Diane has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Smygare is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Diane pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Didier Diane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Birk Smygare.
Smygare wants a takedown.
Smygare wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Diane.

and Diane makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Diane lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

and Diane counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Diane.
Diane lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Smygare backwards.
Smygare is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
