The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clark clinches with his opponent.
McCarthy doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
McCarthy pushes Clark back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
McCarthy has a couple of punches blocked by Clark.
Clark blocks a punch to the side of the head.
A short body shot lands from McCarthy as the two fighters clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for McCarthy.

With the fighters up against the cage, McCarthy throws an elbow but misses.

McCarthy creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Clark goes for a takedown attempt but McCarthy pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Clark doesn't manage to clinch there - McCarthy circles away.
Clark throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
McCarthy avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
McCarthy tries to close the distance and clinch but Clark swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McCarthy lands a left and a right that send Clark crashing to the mat, dazed. McCarthy thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Clark is rocked!
It looks like Andre Clark has been cut.
A big right followed by a crushing left from McCarthy knocks Clark out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
