Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nagasta Bagamba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xavier Calderon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bagamba comes to the ring accompanied by System of a down - Chop Suey. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Nagasta Bagamba! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Xavier Calderon! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bagamba lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Calderon sprawling to the canvas. Bagamba follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Calderon hang on?
Calderon is rocked!
It looks like Xavier Calderon has been cut. Bagamba works his way into full mount! Calderon is still in real trouble! Can Bagamba finish him? Bagamba trying to control but Calderon is having none of it. Calderon seems to have recovered his senses. Calderon is looking to get to half guard. Calderon looks gassed! Bagamba content just to control the position here. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Bagamba is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Calderon can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bagamba can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Calderon is looking to escape. Calderon in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Bagamba looking to control but Calderon is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. BOOM! Bagamba connects with a massive shot to the dome!
That has opened up Xavier Calderon's cut even more. Bagamba tries to control but Calderon wriggling away.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Nagasta Bagamba just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Donk. Bagamba catches Calderon right on the button with a cross.
The cut above Xavier Calderon's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Calderon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bagamba tries to avoid it but Calderon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bagamba to the ground. Bagamba escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Calderon blocks a head kick by Bagamba.
Bagamba tries a head kick but it misses.
Calderon takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Bagamba. Bagamba shoots in but Calderon avoids the takedown attempt easily. Calderon decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Bagamba is looking to escape. Bagamba trying to control here.
Calderon wants to control but Bagamba is keeping him busy. Calderon performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Bagamba looking for submissions off his back. Well, if Calderon is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Calderon trying to control the action but Bagamba is working from the bottom. Calderon passes the guard and advances to mount! Calderon sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Bagamba wants to hold on but Calderon pushes him away. Calderon working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Bagamba looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Calderon! Submission of the night perhaps?
