The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mustafa shoots in looking for a takedown. Machida tries to sprawl out of it but Mustafa keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Machida manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Mustafa shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Machida but Machida pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Machida drops Mustafa with a beautiful combination! Mustafa stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Machida is looking for the KO!
Mustafa is rocked!
Machida lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Mustafa is looking to close the distance but Machida sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Mustafa crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Mustafa is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
