The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donkey dives in and grabs Barbosa's left leg, looking for a takedown. Barbosa pushes down on Donkey's head and hops out.
Barbosa avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Donkey moves in looking to clinch but Barbosa pushes him off.
Barbosa shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Barbosa showed some decent athleticism there.
Barbosa throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Barbosa is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Donkey sees it coming and defends easily.
Barbosa missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Donkey wants to control but Barbosa is keeping busy.
Donkey is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Barbosa is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Barbosa is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Donkey is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
