Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Floyd Maydugo! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Ivan Kurochkin and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Njill tries to bum rush Maydugo with a series of wild strikes but Maydugo uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Maydugo decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Maydugo in particular looking to stall. Maydugo is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Njill is just riding it out for now. Maydugo eventually gives up the hold. Maydugo seems to be looking for submissions.
Maydugo is controlling the pace.
Maydugo has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Njill defend it? Maydugo steps over the head and cranks it - Njill is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Maydugo!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Floyd Maydugo!
