Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Viikkarin Vasara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Holland (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Viikkarin Vasara looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasara gets caught flat footed, as Holland shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Vasara controls Holland momentarily but Holland frees himself.
Holland won't allow Vasara to get back to his feet.

Vasara has his foot on Holland's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Holland works his way back into a safe position though.

Holland feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Vasara has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Holland tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Vasara wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Vasara throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Holland was covering up waiting for the punch and Vasara finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Vasara's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Holland has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Vasara can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Vasara is looking to take a break and control but Holland is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Vasara wants to free his trapped foot but Holland is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Vasara, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
