Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Enrique Rodrigo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Lucho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Enrique Rodrigo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Anderson Lucho!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Thiago Cunha and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lucho changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rodrigo tries to avoid it but Lucho manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rodrigo to the ground. Rodrigo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Lucho lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Lucho fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Lucho looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Lucho looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Enrique Rodrigo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anderson Lucho.
Rodrigo doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Lucho counters with a single leg into guard. Rodrigo didn't expect that.

Rodrigo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lucho swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Lucho tries for a takedown but Rodrigo circles away easily
and Rodrigo counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rodrigo wants to take a breather but Lucho is having none of it.
Lucho wants to get back to his feet.
Rodrigo seems to be working for a kimura but Lucho defends the submission attempt.
Rodrigo is breathing heavily.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Lucho closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Rodrigo did well to prevent Lucho getting side control.

Lucho tries to stand but can't do so whilst Rodrigo controls his leg.
Lucho stops Rodrigo from getting back to his feet.

A close round but Anderson Lucho will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Lucho is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Rodrigo is controlling him.
Rodrigo passes into half guard.
Rodrigo is just content to waste time from the top position. Lucho takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Rodrigo is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Lucho is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Lucho has escaped and now he's on top!
Lucho trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Lucho is looking to advance position but Rodrigo has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Lucho is breathing heavily.
Lucho is squirming around, avoiding Rodrigo's attempts to control the action.
You get the feeling that Lucho really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Rodrigo forces the positional change into back control.
Rodrigo working for the choke.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rodrigo working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Lucho is doing well to defend. Rodrigo seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Lucho is forced to tap and this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Enrique Rodrigo!
