The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yellow gets caught flat footed, as Ahriman shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Yellow can do anything to dispel that myth.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Ahriman tries to hold on but Yellow pushes him away.
Yellow really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ahriman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

That was a close round but I would say that Magnus Ahriman will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Yellow lands with an uppercut that bounces Ahriman off the cage and back into rage.
Yellow ducks under a wild hook from Ahriman.

A nice leg kick lands there from Yellow.
Yellow throws a jab when Ahriman was well out of range.

Ahriman closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Ahriman lands in his opponent's guard.

Ahriman has gone for a leg lock! Yellow slips out almost immediately though and dives into Ahriman's guard.

Tom Yellow showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Ahriman's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Ahriman swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Yellow throws a quick inside leg kick.
Yellow doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Ahriman ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

and Ahriman counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Ahriman is keen to just control but Yellow is a slippery customer.
Yellow wants to control but Ahriman is keeping busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Yellow trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Ahriman pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Yellow is squirming around, avoiding Ahriman's attempts to control the action.
Ahriman cracks Yellow with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Ahriman connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Ahriman misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Ahriman wants to control the pace but Yellow is squirming around nicely.

Yellow is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Yellow holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Ahriman tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Yellow is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Yellow is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Yellow tries to lock up and control but Ahriman gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Yellow has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Ahriman's lack of action.
Yellow is refusing to be controlled, as Ahriman sits in half guard.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Ahriman takes a swing at Yellow's ribcage but misses.
Ahriman jabs Yellow right on the nose. Yellow blinks but takes it well.
Horrible takedown by Ahriman or perhaps it was just good defense by Yellow which made him look bad.
And that's the end of the fight!
Magnus Ahriman showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Ahriman has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
