The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Allday moves in looking to clinch but Hasnaki pushes him off. Horrible takedown by Hasnaki or perhaps it was just good defense by Allday which made him look bad. Allday gets the takedown into side control. Hasnaki is positioning himself to get back to half guard. I wouldn't like to be where Hasnaki is right now. Allday wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hasnaki, who protects the arm well. Allday decides to stand back up. Allday steps back and let's Hasnaki get back to his feet. Allday swats away the attempt to clinch by Hasnaki. Hasnaki looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Allday fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Hasnaki is looking to score with low kicks. Hasnaki gets a clinch. Allday breaks the clinch.
Hasnaki changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Allday tries to avoid it but Hasnaki manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Allday to the ground. Allday escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joba Hasnaki. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hasnaki tries to clinch and Allday counters with a nice double leg into guard. Allday must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Allday slips nicely into half guard. Hasnaki pushes Allday off looking to stand but Allday dives back in and keeps control.
Hasnaki trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Hasnaki is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Allday's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Allday's back! Allday looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hasnaki is trying to stick to Allday's back but Allday is turning into Hasnaki. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Hasnaki's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Allday. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hasnaki looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Allday is defending well. Hasnaki quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Allday has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Hasnaki celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
